XtraColl® is the ideal adhesive tape for sealing glass joints where transparency is important, for example in all-glass systems, glass partition walls, furniture construction or shower enclosures. Compared to silicone, you save a considerable amount of time and money during installation. The adhesive joints are barely visible because the tape’s refractive index is almost identical to that of glass. The adhesive-free dry edge makes XtraColl® resistant to external influences. It has excellent initial adhesion and a consistently high final strength. The adhesive tape is resistant to ageing and UV radiation; it is economical, high-quality and design-friendly. The adhesive tape can also be used on various materials such as glass, wood, aluminium, plastic or ceramics.

Use the accompanying applicator for easy and precise application to the edge of the glass.
- For glass thicknesses of 10 and 12 mm, use the suitable insert BO 5207948 in combination with the applicator BO 5207939N.
- For glass thicknesses of 8, 8.76 and 10 mm, use insert BO 5207947 in combination with applicator BO 5207946N.
- Insert BO 5207949, suitable for glass thickness 17.52 mm, in combination with applicator BO 5207946N.
To assist with sliding glass panes together, we recommend the BO 650.35 or BO 650.33 pane clamp.
