Aluminium 3-prong suction lifter (set of 2).
The high-quality BO 603.021 vacuum lifter from Veribor® is the ideal solution for lifting and transporting gas-tight sheet materials. Regardless of the material, the vacuum lifter can carry a load of up to 100 kg, including a safety factor of 2. The design of the vacuum lifter is both elegant and functional. Whilst the large suction cups serve to distribute the vacuum pressure optimally across the outer surface of the rubber disc, the wide contact surfaces of the lifting levers ensure ideal force transmission during lifting – whether operated with the palm of the hand or the thumb. Large rings also provide additional stability for the rockers. The third lever, which can be rotated 90 degrees in two directions, thereby reducing the width of the 3-head suction lifter, offers greater flexibility in use. Manufactured to Bohle’s proven quality standards.Veribor® is a quality brand of the Bohle Group. The products have been developed and manufactured exclusively in Germany since 1953 – with particular attention to high safety standards and ergonomics thanks to multi-stage testing procedures. They are free from carcinogenic hydrocarbon compounds (PAHs). CRL 8" ABS-handled vacuum lifter with pump mechanism for curved surfaces.
The CRL Pump-Up vacuum lifters for curved glass are designed to enable the safe and easy lifting and moving of large, curved glass sheets, windscreens and thin, flexible materials such as 2 mm thick sheet metal. The handle is made from robust ABS plastic and the rubber suction cup has a diameter of 203 mm. The vacuum is applied to flat, non-porous surfaces within seconds by pressing the pump plunger until it is fully seated in the handle, past the red safety indicator. Once secured, the glass sheet can be easily lifted by hand. The rubber suction cup can withstand virtually any manual lifting movement without damaging the delicate surface and can be released directly from the material by pressing the thumb release. A protective case is included. The minimum recommended radius for curved glass is 31.5 inches (800 mm).Thumb-operated quick-release mechanismIncludes protective carrying case8" (203 mm) vacuum padPrimarily designed for lifting curved architectural glass.Lifting capacity 125 lbs (57 kg)The red line indicator alerts the user to any loss of vacuum.
N5450 pump plunger with metal handle, including case, 68kg
What makes this suction lifter special is its high lifting capacity of 68 kg, achieved through a larger rubber disc. The rubber disc’s more flexible sealing lip is suitable for materials that can easily bend or warp during lifting. The red ring on the pump’s piston alerts the user to a loss of vacuum.
N6450 pump piston, metal handle, including case, 79 kg.
The Woods Power Grip (WPG) suction lifter, with its sturdy metal handle, is suitable for handling curved and airtight surfaces. Thanks to its large, curved rubber disc (250 mm Ø), this suction lifter is particularly well-suited to curved glass. The red ring on the pump allows for constant visual monitoring of the vacuum. Application note:Do not use on thin materials.
OTTOVAC Cordless Pump Vacuum Cleaner, 100 kg, (ø 200 mm)
The OTTOVAC is a portable electric vacuum lifter, specially designed for lifting glass, ceramic tiles and other objects with a non-porous, smooth surface. This innovative tile lifter comes in a handy case and has an impressive lifting capacity of no less than 100 kg. A single press of the button is all it takes to achieve maximum suction power for your glass installation. Integrated pressure gauge: For precise monitoring of the vacuum level. Portable and more reliable than pump-operated suction tools. Securely holds glass in place with the electric pump and releases it at the touch of a button. Prevent excessive suction force and breakage of fragile materials. When the OTTOVAC reaches optimal vacuum suction force, an advanced sensor stops the pump. If the suction force drops below -55 kPa whilst the material is in motion, the OTTOVAC intervenes to re-engage the vacuum. Thanks to two powerful lithium-ion batteries, the OTTOVAC is ready for use. Flexible charging: Charge your OTTOVAC anywhere using the simple USB Type-C port. Charge it from a mains socket or connect it to a power bank or computer in remote work locations. CHARGING CABLE NOT INCLUDED! PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high pressure generated by the Ottovac, we strongly advise against attaching it to glass that is less than 6 mm thick. Glass less than 6 mm thick may be damaged. User manual
