Manual pump lifters

Manual pump lifters have been the industry standard for many years for the safe lifting and moving of glass, ceramic tiles, natural stone, metal and other smooth sheet materials. Using an integrated hand pump, you can easily create a powerful vacuum, allowing heavy materials to be moved safely and in a controlled manner.

Thanks to their robust construction, simple operation and high reliability, manual vacuum lifters are an indispensable tool for glaziers, tilers, interior fitters and installation companies.

Reliable vacuum technology

A manual vacuum lifter builds up the vacuum by pressing the integrated pump a few times. Many professional models feature a pressure gauge that shows when the vacuum is decreasing. If necessary, you can simply pump again to maintain maximum suction power.

This simple yet proven technology makes manual vacuum pumps exceptionally reliable, even under demanding working conditions.

Suitable for a wide range of materials

Manual pump lifters are suitable for lifting and moving, amongst other things:

  • Glass and insulating glass
  • Ceramic tiles
  • Natural stone
  • Metal sheets
  • HPL and plastic panels
  • Coated and other smooth, airtight surfaces

Depending on the model, various load capacities are available, ensuring there is a suitable pump suction unit for every application.

Aluminium 3-prong suction lifter (set of 2).

The high-quality BO 603.021 vacuum lifter from Veribor® is the ideal solution for lifting and transporting gas-tight sheet materials. Regardless of the material, the vacuum lifter can carry a load of up to 100 kg, including a safety factor of 2. The design of the vacuum lifter is both elegant and functional. Large rings also provide additional stability for the rockers. The third lever, which can be rotated 90 degrees in two directions, thereby reducing the width of the 3-head suction lifter, offers greater flexibility in use.
