Call us for a bespoke quote! With the Liftmaster, Bohle offers an innovative, reliable tool for handling and installation, enabling elements weighing up to 180 kilograms – such as glass panes, window units or metal or stone slabs – can be moved easily and safely by just one person.Larger glass sizes, increasing weights and limited space present processors and fitters with new challenges every day. The new Liftmaster is the well-thought-out solution to this: a tried-and-tested lifting device that combines maximum safety, optimum flexibility and uncompromising independence – entirely without electricity or a battery. At the heart of the system is the manual, 360° rotatable, 2-circuit vacuum lifting system BO B18DM4GS. It is the only one of its kind in the world: energy-independent, certified to DIN EN 13155 and awarded the GS mark by TÜV Nord. As a result, the Liftmaster may not only be used for internal transport, but is also officially approved for use on construction sites – a decisive advantage in day-to-day work. The compact lifting system weighs just approx. 20 kg, can be removed without tools and, if necessary, used separately, for example in combination with an optional rotating and swivelling crane arm. The vacuum is reliably generated by a hand pump and continuously monitored by a pressure gauge. The dual-circuit system with four suction cups ensures maximum safety. The Liftmaster also impresses when it comes to handling: it fits through doors with a clear opening of 800 × 2000 mm, can be rotated ‘on the spot’ and allows for manoeuvring with millimetre precision, even in the smallest of spaces. The unit can be assembled or dismantled in just two minutes and can be transported effortlessly in almost any estate car or van. In short: the Liftmaster is a truly professional tool for anyone who wants to move heavy glass and sheet elements safely, accurately and independently.Application note:The world’s only power- and energy-independent dual-circuit vacuum lifting system for maximum safety and flexibility.Your benefits:The world’s only power- and energy-independent vacuum lifting system with 2 circuitsDIN EN 13155, certified by TÜV Nord with the GS markSuitable for internal transport and also for official use on construction sitesFits through doors with a clear opening of 800 x 2000 mmEnables manoeuvring with millimetre precision – turning "on the spot"Can be assembled and dismantled in two minutes and fits in almost any estate carCan also be used separately, with an optional rotating and swivelling crane armScope of delivery:1 item: Liftmaster lifting device1 item: Manual 2-circuit vacuum lifting system3 items: Counterweights1 item: Single tyres
